Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and your registration for, and attendance at, any Generations Experience (the "Experience"). The Experience is run by Generations, Inc. ("Generations," "we," "us"). By registering or attending, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and attend. The Experience is designed for rising-generation leaders. We may decline or cancel any registration that isn't a fit for the group, and if we do, we'll refund it in full.

2. Registration and payment

  • When your spot is confirmed: your registration is confirmed only once payment has been received and we've sent you a confirmation email. Submitting the registration form on its own does not reserve a spot.

  • Price: the registration fee is listed on the site in U.S. dollars. It covers the programming, assessments, meals, and experiences described at registration. Travel and lodging are [not included / included as described at registration].

  • Payment processing: payments are handled by [Stripe / Checkout Page]. Their terms also apply to your payment.

  • Keep your details accurate: you agree to give accurate information when you register, and to tell us if it changes.

3. Cancellations, transfers, and refunds

Cancellations, transfers, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

4. Changes to the Experience

The itinerary on the site is a working plan. We may change the schedule, sessions, speakers, activities, or venue when needed. These changes don't entitle you to a refund unless we cancel or reschedule the Experience itself, as described in the Refund Policy.

5. Conduct

The Experience depends on trust and candor. By attending, you agree to:

  • Respect confidentiality: keep what others share in the room private. Don't repeat personal stories, record conversations, or share identifying details outside the group without permission.

  • Treat people with respect: treat other attendees, staff, and venue partners with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Follow the rules: follow venue rules and all applicable laws, and drink responsibly where alcohol is served.

We may remove anyone who breaks these standards, without a refund.

6. Photos, video, and recordings

We may take photos and video during parts of the Experience. By attending, you allow Generations to use images or footage in which you appear, without payment, for promoting Generations and future experiences.

  • Private sessions: we won't record private small-group conversations.

  • Opting out: if you'd prefer not to be photographed or featured, tell us at check-in or email [hello@…], and we'll respect that.

  • Your own photos: attendees may not record sessions, and may not post identifiable photos of other attendees without their permission.

7. Not professional advice

The Experience, Growth Plan, assessments, and conversations are for personal and professional development. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your specific situation.

8. Assumption of risk

Some activities, such as travel, outings, recreation, and meals, carry ordinary risks. You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings. Tell us in advance about any dietary needs, allergies, or accessibility requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate them. [We may ask attendees to sign a separate participation waiver for certain activities.]

9. Travel, lodging, and third parties

You're responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs unless we've stated otherwise in writing. Venues, hotels, restaurants, transportation, and activity providers are independent businesses, and we aren't responsible for their acts or omissions. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

10. Intellectual property

The Generations name and logo, the Generations 3×3, the Growth Plan, our materials, and all site content belong to Generations or our licensors. 5 Voices is the property of [GiANT Worldwide]. You may use materials you receive for your own personal development, but you may not copy, sell, or redistribute them.

11. Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Don't try to disrupt the site, access it in unauthorized ways, or misuse forms or submissions. The site is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Indirect losses: Generations and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or the Experience. This includes lost travel or lodging costs, lost profits, and lost opportunities.

  • Cap on total liability: our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the registration fee you paid.

13. Events outside our control

We aren't liable for failing to perform, or for delays, caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples include severe weather, natural disasters, public health orders, travel disruptions, venue closures, labor disputes, or government action. If one of these forces us to cancel or reschedule, the Refund Policy applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], unless the law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you register applies to your registration, unless a change is required by law.
