Refund & Cancellation Policy
We plan the Generations Experience around a small, intentional group. When you register, we commit your seat, meals, and arrangements with our venue partners, often weeks in advance. That's why this policy has firm dates.
For the Generations Experience Miami, March 5–7, 2027, the 30-day cutoff falls on February 3, 2027.
If you need to cancel
When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
More than 30 days before the Experience (on or before [February 3, 2027]) | Full refund, minus a [$___ / 5%] processing fee |
Within 30 days of the Experience (after [February 3, 2027]) | Non-refundable. You can still transfer your spot (see below). |
No-show, or leaving partway through | Non-refundable |
To cancel, email [hello@…] from the address you registered with. Your cancellation date is the date we receive your email.
Transferring your spot
If you can't attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else at no charge until [7] days before the Experience.
Who can take it: the new attendee must fit the experience. That means the same rising-generation criteria, and agreeing to our Terms.
How: email us their name and contact details. We'll confirm the transfer once they've completed registration.
[Optional: Instead of transferring, you may apply your registration as a credit toward a future Generations Experience within [12] months.]
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel the Experience for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of your registration fee.
If we reschedule to new dates, you can keep your spot for the new dates or request a full refund within [14] days of our announcement.
Events outside our control: if we're forced to cancel by events like severe weather, public health orders, or a venue closure, we'll offer a full refund or a credit toward a future experience. It's your choice.
What we don't cover
Travel, lodging, and other personal costs: flights, hotels, and other expenses you arrange aren't refundable by Generations, even if the Experience is cancelled or rescheduled. We strongly recommend travel insurance and refundable bookings where possible.
Removal for conduct: attendees removed for breaking our Terms are not eligible for a refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post them.
