Lain McCanless

Vice President

Lain has spent much of his work at the intersection of family, communication, and personal development, helping people become more intentional about the relationships and lives they are building.

As a speaker and teacher, his work has focused especially on marriage and family. He is also the co-founder of Rally Your Family, an organization that helps families put language around who they are, what they value, and what they want to build together. Across his work in leadership, marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship, Lain has consistently been drawn to helping people find clarity and turn meaningful ideas into something they can actually live out.

That perspective shapes much of his work with Generations. Lain is particularly interested in the human side of generational transition: helping rising-generation members develop a stronger sense of identity and purpose while navigating family expectations, relationships, opportunity, and increasing responsibility.

As Vice President of Generations, Lain helps shape the member experience, Growth Plans, Circles, Experiences, and the way Generations communicates its work to both rising-generation members and their families.
