Jeremie has spent his career helping people become more self-aware, lead themselves well, and build healthier relationships with the people around them.

He is the co-founder of GiANT and co-author of 5 Voices and 5 Gears, and has spent decades developing leaders, teams, and organizations around the world. Along the way, he has helped build and lead organizations including Leadercast, Catalyst, and the John Maxwell brand.

At the center of Jeremie’s work has always been a simple belief: meaningful development has to become practical. People grow when they understand themselves, have the right tools, are challenged by people who care about them, and have opportunities to practice what they are learning.

That philosophy is a natural fit for Generations.
